Section 32-6-49.3 Definitions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the following
definitions shall be applicable unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ALCOHOL.
a. Beer, ale, port, or stout and other similar fermented beverages (including sake or similar
products), of any name or description containing one-half of one percentum or more of alcohol
by volume, brewed or produced from malt, wholly or in part, or from any substitute therefor;
b. Wine of not less than one-half of the percentum of alcohol by volume; or c. Any substance
containing any form of alcohol, including, but not limited to, ethanol, methanol, propanol,
and isopropanol. (2) ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION. a. The number of grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters
of blood; or b. The number of grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath; or c. The number
of grams of alcohol per 67 milliliters of urine. (3) COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE. (CDL) means

Section 20-1-54 Effect of possession by manufacturer, etc., of adulterated or misbranded cosmetics.
The having in possession of an adulterated or misbranded cosmetic shall be prima facie evidence
of having it in possession with the intent to sell it in violation of this division; provided,

Section 8-16-103 Flour to be sold in packages of five to 200 pounds; exceptions. (a) No person
shall sell, offer for sale, expose for sale, have in possession with intent to sell, pack
or deliver in this state flour in packages of sizes other than five pounds, 10 pounds, 25
pounds, 50 pounds, 100 pounds and 200 pounds; provided, that any person may weigh and sell
from bulk flour any number of pounds desired by a customer on order; and provided further,

Section 8-16-102 Cornmeal and grits to be sold in five to 200 pound packages; exceptions. (a)

Section 7-2-401 Passing of title; reservation for security; limited application of this section.
Each provision of this article with regard to the rights, obligations and remedies of the
seller, the buyer, purchasers or other third parties applies irrespective of title to the
goods except where the provision refers to such title. Insofar as situations are not covered
by the other provisions of this article and matters concerning title become material the following

Section 41-21-4 Contract to publish code not subject to competitive bid laws; sale of code
by contractor. (a) Any contract to publish the official code of the statutes of Alabama under
Section 29-7-6 may relate to any medium or form of the code and shall not be subject to the

Section 13A-12-340 Manufacture, sale, use, etc., of synthetic urine or urine additive. (a)
As used in this section, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) DEFRAUD. A misrepresentation
of a material fact made willfully to deceive or with reckless disregard as to its truth or
falsity. (2) SYNTHETIC URINE. A substance that is designed to simulate the composition, chemical
