Section 19-4-41 Deposit of treasury securities in federal reserve banks authorized; transfer of ownership, etc., of securities; maintenance of records as to fiduciary accounts; rules and regulations governing banks; certification of securities deposited for fiduciary accounts. Section 36-17-3 Duties generally. The powers, functions, and duties of the Treasurer shall be: (1) To receive all moneys due the state and deposit them in the proper accounts.
