Section 10A-9A-1.08 Effect of partnership agreement; nonwaivable provisions. Section 22-30D-5 Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to as the "fund."
