(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c), if exercise of the decanting power was
intended to distribute all the principal of the first trust to one or more second trusts,
later-discovered property belonging to the first trust and property paid to or acquired by
the first trust after the exercise of the power is part of the trust estate of the second
trust or trusts. (b) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (c), if exercise of the decanting
power was intended to distribute less than all the principal of the first trust to one or
more second trusts, later-discovered property belonging to the first trust or property paid
to or acquired by the first trust after exercise of the power remains part of the trust estate

(a) In this section the following terms have the following meanings: (1) GRANTOR TRUST. A
trust as to which a settlor of a first trust is considered the owner under 26 U.S.C. Sections
671 through 677, as amended, or 26 U.S.C. Section 679, as amended. (2) INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
The United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. (3) NONGRANTOR TRUST. A trust
that is not a grantor trust. (4) QUALIFIED BENEFITS PROPERTY. Property subject to the minimum
distribution requirements of 26 U.S.C. Section 401(a)(9), as amended, and any applicable regulations,
or to any similar requirements that refer to 26 U.S.C. Section 401(a)(9) or the regulations.

Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery
or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving
motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state
as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to
comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five
hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the
sum of the current violation plus prior violations of this subsection. (b) Every person transporting
motor fuel in Alabama in a highway vehicle other than in its supply tank shall carry on board
