Section 41-13-7 Identifying information of state employees on records available for public inspection. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) EMPLOYEE. Section 25-4-142 Employment Security Administration Fund; Special Employment Security Administration Fund; replacement of certain funds. (a) There shall be in the State Treasury a fund to be known as the Employment Security Administration Fund.
