Section 22-22-9 Powers and duties; enforcement of orders; permits; civil penalties for violations. Section 25-4-51 Rates of contributions, etc., by employers. (a) Contributions. Section 45-37-123.103 Death benefits. (a) Preretirement death benefits. A vested member's beneficiary is entitled to a preretirement joint survivorship pension, as described below.
