Section 19-3B-204 Venue. (a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b), venue for actions
and proceedings involving a trust is proper (i) in any county where venue is proper for civil
actions generally, pursuant to Title 6, Chapter 3; (ii) in the county of this state where
the trust has its principal place of administration; or (iii) in the case of a trust whose
principal place of administration is in a jurisdiction other than this state, in the county
where the settlor resided at the creation of the trust, or in the case of a testamentary trust,
where the settlor's estate was administered. (b) If a trust has no trustee, then venue for
a judicial proceeding for the appointment of a trustee is in a county of this state in which
a beneficiary resides, in a county in which any trust property is located, and if the trust
is created by will, in the county in which the decedent's estate was or is being administered.

Section 19-3B-701 Accepting or declining trusteeship. (a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection
(c), a person designated as trustee accepts the trusteeship: (1) by substantially complying
with a method of acceptance provided in the terms of the trust; or (2) if the terms of the
trust do not provide a method or the method provided in the terms is not expressly made exclusive,

Section 19-3B-813 Duty to inform and report. (a) Except as otherwise provided in Section 19-3B-603,
the following rules apply: (1) A trustee shall keep the current permissible distributees of
income or principal of the trust reasonably informed about the administration of the trust
and of the material facts necessary for them to protect their interests. (2) Unless unreasonable

Section 35-10-27 Entry of full payment or satisfaction in record - Generally. If a mortgage
or deed of trust which is of record has been fully paid or satisfied, the mortgagee or transferee

Section 43-8-49 Advancements. If a person dies intestate as to all his estate, property which
he gave in his lifetime to an heir is treated as an advancement against the latter's share
of the estate only if declared in a contemporaneous writing by the decedent or acknowledged

Section 6-5-754 Choice of forum. (a) If a claim under the common or statutory law of another
state, the United States, or a foreign country or under international treaty for death or
injury to person or damage to property arises against a manufacturer out of an accident that
