Section 16-22-13.2 Fiscal year 2002-2003 adjustments. (a) Pay increases, FY 2002-2003. The
State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees
of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Board of Youth Services School District,
the Board of Directors of the Alabama School of Fine Arts, and the Board of Trustees of the
Alabama School of Mathematics and Science for disbursement to the employees thereof funds
based on the criteria established in this section. It is not the intent of this section to
make appropriations, but the appropriations required by this section shall be made in the

Section 11-97-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Bonds
issued by any corporation may, as its board may deem advisable, be either general obligations
of such corporation or limited obligations payable only out of certain specified revenues

Section 11-99A-2 Definitions. In this chapter the following words shall have the following

Section 19-3A-504 Transfers from income to reimburse principal. (a) If a fiduciary makes or
expects to make a principal disbursement described in this section, then the fiduciary may
transfer an appropriate amount from income to principal in one or more accounting periods

Section 19-3A-406 Bonds and other obligations. (a) An amount received as interest, whether
determined at a fixed, variable, or floating rate, on a bond or an obligation to pay money
