Section 41-10-471 Creation of fund for benefit of bonds. For the purpose of providing funds
for the payment of the principal of and interest on the bonds issued by the authority under
the provisions of this article, there is hereby created and irrevocably pledged to the payment
of such obligations a special and continuing trust fund which shall consist of all receipts
and income from rents contracted for and received by the authority under leases of the building

Section 11-50-411 Disposition of net profits of district; "net income" defined; distribution
of less than net income for fiscal year; availability for payment in future fiscal years.
All the net income of the gas transmission system or systems, for each fiscal year, of a gas
district incorporated under this article shall, unless otherwise provided in the certificate

Section 33-2-40 Application of revenues from dock facilities. The proceeds derived from the
operation of each unit of development acquired or constructed pursuant to the provisions of
this article shall be applied for the following purposes in the following order: (1) Payment

CODIFIED BY THE LEGISLATURE. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) There is hereby
created the Department of Youth Services Capital Improvement Trust Fund and the Youth Services
Capital Improvement Trust Fund Income Account as separate funds in the state treasury. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balances in the funds shall not revert at the end of each fiscal
year, but shall remain in the funds and may be carried over into each succeeding fiscal year.
Any income earned on the trust income account shall accrue to the fund. The funds shall be
administered by the State Treasurer, which shall be entitled to a reasonable fee for the administration.
All investments shall be made pursuant to the same authority and restrictions that apply to

Section 5-12A-9 Annual audit. At least once during each period of 12 months, the trust institution
shall cause an audit to be made of the common trust fund by an auditor or auditors responsible
only to the board of directors of the trust institution. The report of such audit shall include
a list of the investments comprising the common trust fund at the time of the audit, which
shall show the valuation placed on each item as of the date of the audit, a statement of purchases,
sales and any other investment changes and of all income and disbursements during the period
to which the audit relates. The period of the first audit shall commence with the establishment
