Section 2-3A-8 Bonds of the authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by the authority
shall be payable solely out of the revenues and other receipts of the authority as may be
designated in the proceedings of the board under which the bonds shall be authorized to be
issued. (b) Pledge of revenues and other security. The principal of and interest on any bonds
issued by the authority shall be secured by a pledge of the revenues and other receipts out
of which the same may be payable and may be secured by a trust indenture evidencing such pledge
or by a foreclosable mortgage and deed of trust conveying as security for such bonds all or
any part of the property of the authority from which the revenues so pledged may be derived.

Section 41-10-44.6 Project obligations generally. (a) Issuance of project obligations. The
authority is authorized and empowered to issue its project obligations from time to time for
the purpose of financing one or more projects in such aggregate principal amount as the board
of directors shall determine to be necessary to provide for all or a portion of the project
costs of the project or projects being financed and to pay the expenses of issuing the project

Section 5-18-15 Interest rates, charges, and fees. (a) Maximum rates of interest and charge.
Every licensee under this chapter may contract for and receive as interest on any loan of
money less than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) an amount at a rate not exceeding
three percent a month on that part of the unpaid principal balance not in excess of two hundred
dollars ($200), and two percent a month on that part of the unpaid principal balance in excess
of two hundred dollars ($200) but less than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). (b)

Section 41-10-142 Bonds - Issuance; form, terms, denominations, etc.; sale; refunding bonds;
negotiable; security for payment. All bonds issued by an authority may be executed by such
officers of the authority and in such manner as shall be provided in the proceedings of the
