Section 11-92B-12 Bonds of the authority. (a) Bonds of an authority shall be signed by the chair or vice chair and attested to by the secretary or assistant secretary. The seal of an authority shall be affixed thereto. Section 13A-11-75 Permit to carry pistol in vehicle or concealed on person - Issuance; fee; revocation; release of information. (a)(1)a.
