Section 17-6-39 Procedure when straight party ticket does not contain names of all candidates. If the ballot marked for a straight party ticket does not contain the names of candidates for all offices for which the elector may vote, the elector may vote for candidates for such offices so omitted by marking the names of candidates for such offices on other tickets, or by writing the names, if they are not printed, upon the ballot in the blank column under the title of the office.
