Section 10A-2A-7.24 Acceptance of votes and other instruments. (a) If the name signed
on a vote, ballot, consent, waiver, stockholder demand, or proxy appointment corresponds to
the name of a stockholder, the corporation, if acting in good faith, is entitled to accept
the vote, ballot, consent, waiver, stockholder demand, or proxy appointment and give it effect

Section 23-2-144 Powers of the authority. (a) The authority shall have the following
powers: (1) To adopt bylaws for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business.
(2) To adopt an official seal and alter the same at pleasure. (3) To maintain a principal

Section 36-25-3 State Ethics Commission - Creation, composition; annual reports; compensation;
political activities; director; personnel. (a) There is hereby created a State Ethics Commission
composed of five members, each of whom shall be a fair, equitable citizen of this state and
of high moral character and ability. The following persons shall not be eligible to be appointed

Section 10A-2A-1.40 Chapter definitions. Notwithstanding Section 10A-1-1.03,
as used in this chapter, unless otherwise specified or unless the context otherwise requires,

Section 11-65-2 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this chapter,
