to either provide a new replacement bond as requested by the department or appeal the proposed revocation to the Alabama Tax Tribunal within the 30 days as allowed by Chapter 2A. (3) The surety requesting to be released shall remain liable for any liability already accrued or which shall accrue during the 30-day period set out above, but shall not be responsible for any liability which accrues after the 30-day period. (e) A surety providing a bond must be authorized to engage in business within this state. (a) The Alabama Department of Environmental Management shall establish and maintain a registry that contains all environmental covenants and any amendment or termination of those covenants. The registry may also contain any other information concerning environmental covenants and the real property subject to them which the department considers appropriate.
