Section 32-12A-5 Registration card. The secretary shall provide to the registrant a
registration card that includes the registration number, the date of registration, the make
and serial number of the vehicle, the owner's name and address, and additional information
the secretary may require. Information concerning each registration shall be retained by the
secretary. The registration is not valid unless signed by at least one owner. Upon a satisfactory
showing that the registration card has been lost or destroyed, the secretary shall issue a
replacement registration card upon payment of a fee of five dollars ($5). The fees collected
from replacement registration cards shall be deposited in the off-road vehicle account in

Section 10A-2A-14.07 Other claims against dissolved corporation. (a) A dissolved corporation
may publish notice of its dissolution and request that persons with claims against the dissolved
corporation present them in accordance with the notice. (b) The notice authorized by subsection
(a) must: (1) be published at least one time in a newspaper of general circulation in the
county in which the dissolved corporation's principal office is located or, if it has none
in this state, in the county in which the corporation's most recent registered office is located;
