panel. (a) There is created the Alabama Athletic Commission composed of six members. (b)(1)
The membership of the commission shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic,

Section 23-8-7 Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II Committee.
(a) There is hereby created the Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program-II
(ATRIP-II) Committee. The appointing authorities shall coordinate their appointments to assure

Section 34-2-38 Board for Registration of Architects - Creation; composition. To carry
out the provisions of this chapter, there shall be a State Board for Registration of Architects,
consisting of six members, each of whom shall be appointed by the Governor from a list of

Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing,
which shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated
