Section 45-49-181.02 Chair of petitioners; petition requirements. A chair shall be designated
on this petition to represent the petitioners and to act on their behalf. A map of legible
size indicating the location of the named road shall be presented with the petition. The petition
should clearly state the name to be assigned to the road. The petition shall certify to the
intent of the adjacent property owners to offer jointly, at no cost to the county, a minimum
of 60-foot width of right-of-way, along an alignment that complies with accepted design criteria
and does not compromise the safety of the traveling public, together with any required drainage
easements as determined by the county engineer to adequately maintain the road. The petition

against liability for roadway defects for a period not to exceed five years after acceptance

authorized in Greene County, an additional fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50) shall
be assessed and taxed as cost on each civil case and on each criminal case, including traffic

in Lamar County. (b)(1) All contracts for the sale or disposal of real property, tangible

Mobile County, in addition to any and all other laws relating to voter registration, there
shall be at least two additional deputy registrars from each ward or precinct in each legislative

Section 13A-8-117 Forfeiture of certain computers, software, etc. (a) On conviction of a violation
of this article or any other violation of the criminal laws of Alabama, the court shall order
that any computer, computer system, computer network, instrument of communication, software
or data that was owned or used by the defendant with the owner's knowledge of the unlawful
act or where the owner had reason to know of the unlawful act, and that was used in the commission
