Section 11-51-203 Applicability of provisions of state excise or use tax law; collection of
tax on vehicles sold by dealers not licensed in Alabama or by licensed dealers who fail to

Section 12-15-217 Notice of delinquent acts. (a) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of Section
12-15-133, written notice that a child enrolled in a school, kindergarten to grade 12, has
been found delinquent of an act which if committed by an adult would be a Class A or B felony
or any other crime, at the discretion of the juvenile court, shall be provided within seven
days to the superintendent of the school district of attendance, or, if the child attends
a private school, to the principal of the school. The juvenile court shall provide the notice
using whatever method it deems appropriate or otherwise as decided by the Administrative Office
of Courts. The prosecutor may recommend to the juvenile court that notice be given to the
school for any delinquent act. Written notice shall include only the offenses, enumerated

education shall devote his or her entire time to pubic school business, unless authorized
to engage in outside employment by the county board of education. In counties in which the

Section 17-13-102 Petition requirements. In order to qualify the name of any person to appear
on the ballot at a presidential preference primary, a petition or petitions in support of
his or her candidacy shall be filed with the state party chair of the appropriate political
party, hereinafter referred to as "chair," 116 days prior to the presidential preference
primary election. To comply with this section, a candidate may file a petition or petitions
signed by a total of not less than 500 qualified electors of the state, or petitions signed

written statement of the grounds of contest must set forth specifically: (1) The name of the
person contesting and that the person was a qualified voter when the election was held. (2)

mistake of law or fact upon any illegal tax assessment made under color of any law, special
or general, of the state, or by any of its political subdivisions, authorizing the assessment
