Section 41-10-724 Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute - Board of directors. (a) All powers of the institute shall be exercised by or under the authority of, and the business and affairs of the institute shall be managed and governed, under the direction of, a board of directors, constituted as provided for in this section. Section 34-14A-4 Officers; meetings; compensation.
