Section 34-25A-13 Violations. (a) Any person who practices prosthetics, orthotics, or pedorthics
without first having obtained from the board a license, registration, or renewal thereof shall,

Section 17-17-3 Neglect of duties by election official. Any election official who wilfully
and knowingly neglects, fails, or refuses to perform any of the duties prescribed in this
title, shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class C misdemeanor. No person shall be deemed
an election official until the person takes an oath to well and truly discharge the duties
of such office, to the best of his or her ability, or until he or she shall have performed
some of the duties pertaining to such office. The failure or refusal of any person to accept
office or to discharge and perform the duties of such office at any time after appointment

Section 28-3-229 Unauthorized possession of unattached revenue stamps, crowns or lids. Any
person other than a wholesaler, distributor or dealer or other person authorized by the Alabama
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board who shall have in his possession any unattached Alabama revenue

Section 34-25B-18 Suspension, revocation, etc., of license; penalties. (a) The board may suspend,

not intended - Price based on bona fide sales on exchange or board of trade without making
