Section 24-9-5 Alabama Land Bank Authority Board. (a) There is created the Alabama Land Bank Authority Board which shall govern the authority to administer and enforce this chapter. (b) The board shall consist of the following members: (1) Four residents of the state appointed by the Governor. Section 45-39-200.01 License commissioner - Seal; oath; bond. The county license commissioner shall have an official seal of office and shall maintain his or her permanent office in the court house of Lauderdale County. Before entering upon the duties of office, the county license commissioner shall take the oath prescribed by the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, and shall execute bond in such penal sum as prescribed by the county governing body, giving as surety thereon a bond issued by a bonding company authorized to do business in this state. Section 12-1-5 Procedure when bill to increase or decrease number of judges or change boundaries of circuit or district introduced in Legislature. Pursuant to the constitutional requirement that the Supreme Court must, within three weeks after a bill is introduced at any session of the Legislature to increase or decrease the number of circuit or district judges or to change the boundaries of any judicial circuit or district, report to the Legislature its recommendations on the proposed change, the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the State Senate shall file with the Clerk of the Supreme Court immediately a certified copy of any such bill.
