Section 10A-2A-10.22 Bylaw provisions relating to the election of directors. Each political party or organization having made nominations, by the chair of its state or county executive committee or nominees for office, may furnish the appointing board a list of names of recommended poll workers from qualified electors for each voting place not later than 45 days before the election. Section 45-27-120.08 Personnel board. (a) There may be created in Escambia County a personnel board. The personnel board shall be composed of not less than three persons nor more than seven persons, as established by the county commission.
