Section 17-9-35 Preservation of ballots and records of voting machines. THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED AND RENUMBERED AS SECTIONS 17-16-1 AND 17-12-23 BY ACT 2006-570 IN THE 2006 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2007.
