Section 22-22A-5 Powers and functions of department; representation of department by Attorney General in legal actions. Each political party or organization having made nominations, by the chair of its state or county executive committee or nominees for office, may furnish the appointing board a list of names of recommended poll workers from qualified electors for each voting place not later than 45 days before the election.
