Section 45-13-100.20 Composition; election by districts. (a) The County Board of Education
of Clarke County shall consist of five members elected from five single-member school board
districts as hereinafter provided. (b) For the purpose of this section, and for future elections

Section 45-37A-40 Board of education. (a) Beginning with the municipal elections in 2002, a
school board for the City of Bessemer, Alabama, is established and shall be elected in 2002,
and every four years thereafter. The board shall be called the Bessemer City Board of Education.
The board shall be composed of seven members, with one member being elected from each of the
districts from which the Bessemer City Council are elected, by a majority of the qualified

Section 45-34-83 Southeast Alabama Human Development Council. (a)(1) In Henry County, the Southeast
Alabama Human Development Council is hereby established as a nonprofit entity. The members
of the council are the juvenile judge, chair of the county commission, sheriff, the members

shall constitute the governing body of the corporation. The members of the board of directors
