Section 17-14-11 United States Senators. At the general election to be held on the first Tuesday
after the first Monday in November 2008, and each six years thereafter, a senator of and from
the State of Alabama in the Senate of the United States shall be elected by the people for

Section 40-7-25.1 Current use value of Class III property - Definition; appraisal of property

Section 45-22A-21 Board of education. (a) There is established a school board for the City
of Cullman, Alabama, which board shall be called "The Cullman City Board of Education."
The board shall be composed of five members elected from the city at-large by the qualified
