Section 17-6-47 Blank forms and stationery for election. The judge of probate for each county
shall have printed, at the expense of the county, ballots, blank poll lists, certificates
of results, oaths, and any other stationery or blank forms necessary in the conduct of an
election. The judge of probate shall also superintend and insure the delivery by the sheriff
to the inspectors of the election of the ballots, blank poll lists, certificates of results,

Section 41-10-85 Execution of certificate of incorporation; filing of certificate of incorporation,
resolution of governing body, etc., with probate judge and recordation thereof by probate
