Section 17-11-12 Delivery of ballots, envelopes, etc. to absentee election manager.
Not less than 55 days prior to the holding of any election, except a municipal election, to
which this chapter pertains, or in the case of a runoff primary election, not more than 14
days after the first primary election, the officer charged with the printing and distribution
of the official ballots and election supplies shall deliver to the absentee election manager
of each county in which the election is held or to the person designated to serve in his or
her place a sufficient number of absentee ballots, envelopes, and other necessary supplies.

Section 17-11-10 Procedure upon receipt of ballot by absentee election manager; counting
of ballots. (a) Upon receipt of the absentee ballot, the absentee election manager shall record
its receipt thereof on the absentee list as provided in Section 17-11-5 and shall safely

As used in this chapter, the term "expenses" shall include the following items and

Section 11-46-32 Election supplies. (a) The mayor or other chief executive officer of
the municipality shall at the expense of the municipality procure and superintend and insure

Section 45-49-111.01 Compensation. (a) In Mobile County, the compensation of the election
officers holding general, special, primary, and municipal elections shall be two hundred dollars
($200) per day for inspectors, one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per day for chief clerks,

(a) A voter shall be required to cast a provisional ballot when: (1) The name of the individual
does not appear on the official list of eligible voters for the precinct or polling place
in which the individual seeks to vote, and the individual's registration cannot be verified
