Section 45-31-240 Consolidation of offices and duties; compensation. (a) After September 30, 1985, there shall be a county revenue commissioner in Geneva County. The District Attorney of the Thirty-fourth Judicial Circuit, composed of Franklin County, may appoint a chief investigator and from time to time additional investigators.
