It shall be unlawful for any person, candidate, principal campaign committee, or political
action committee to publish or distribute or display, or cause to be published or distributed
or displayed, any card, pamphlet, circular, poster, or other printed material relating to
or concerning any election, which does not contain the identification required by Section
17-5-2(a)(5) of the person, candidate, principal campaign committee, or political action committee

Section 45-19-110.06 Restoration of names to list of qualified electors. Any qualified elector
of the county who shall have his or her name omitted or removed from the list of qualified
electors in the county by failure to appear and reidentify himself or herself as herein provided
shall be entitled to have his or her name restored to the list of qualified electors by appearing
in person at the office of the board of registrars, or at the office of the judge of probate,

Section 17-13-100 When held; reimbursement of county. (a) Primary elections for the purpose
of determining the preferred candidates for President of the United States shall be held the
first Tuesday in March each year in which a President is to be elected beginning in the year

Section 17-13-48 Selection and appointment of officers to conduct elections. Each candidate
for nomination may, at least 45 days before the primary, present to the county executive committee
of his or her party a list of election officials desired by him or her for any one or more

(a) Within five days after any person becomes a candidate for office, such person shall file
with the Secretary of State or judge of probate, as provided in Section 17-5-9, a statement
