Section 25-5-317 Assessment of pro rata share; disposition of unexpended balance. (a)
Within 60 days after May 19, 1992, the Secretary of the Department of Labor shall assess each
insurance carrier, self-insured employer, and group fund its pro rata share of the total amount
of up to $4,500,000.00 according to the method set out in Section 25-5-316(d). Of the
total amount, $800,000.00 shall be allocated to pay weekly benefits to the claimants of the
Second Injury Trust Fund until an appropriate budget is approved in accordance with Chapter

Section 17-7-21 Requirements for approval of system. (a) The governing body of any county
or municipality or other political subdivision of the state by adoption of an appropriate
resolution, may authorize, adopt, and direct the use of electronic vote counting systems for
use in all elections held in such county or municipality or other political subdivision or

Section 25-4-152 Deduction of child support obligations; procedures; reimbursement for
administrative costs; time of implementation; deduction of federal income tax. (a) (1) An
individual filing a claim for unemployment compensation shall, at the time of filing such
claim, disclose whether or not the individual owes child support obligations as defined under
subdivision (7). If any such individual discloses that he or she owes child support obligations,
