Section 20-1-1 Short title; enforcement of chapter. This chapter may be cited as the "Alabama Safe Foods Act of 2000." The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, through the facilities of the state Department of Agriculture and Industries, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. The administrative and enforcement provisions of Title 2 of this code shall, unless inapplicable by their nature, apply to the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Section 22-22-1 Short title; definitions. (a) This chapter may be cited as the "Alabama Water Pollution Control Act." (b) For the purposes of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) COMMISSION.
