Section 22-30E-4 Authority of the department to establish rules and regulations. (a) The department,
acting through the commission, may adopt, promulgate, modify, amend, and repeal rules and
regulations to implement and enforce this chapter as necessary to provide for the voluntary
assessment, cleanup, reuse, and redevelopment of qualifying properties. All rules and regulations
established pursuant to this chapter shall comply with applicable provisions of the Alabama
Administrative Procedure Act, Section 41-22-11. (b) The department's rules and regulations

carrier or remain in force, and no motor carrier subject to the provisions of this chapter

Section 2-8-208 Rules and regulations. The State Board of Agriculture and Industries is hereby
authorized and empowered to adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the evident
intent and purpose of this article which shall include the rules and regulations governing
the holding of referendums as adopted by the certified commission, the collection, deposit,

Section 33-4-41 Revocation or suspension of license for cause - Generally. For any violation
by any pilot of any of the provisions of this chapter, or any of the rules and regulations
established by the commission under the authority conferred upon the said commission by the

Section 34-31-26 Renewal of certificates; inactive status; continuing education. (a) All certificates
provided for herein shall be renewed annually, not later than December 31 of each year. All
holders of certificates may be renewed annually, provided that the certified contractor has
