Section 16-37-4 Authority of state board as to vocational education. The State Board of Education shall have all necessary authority to cooperate with the federal Department of Health, Education and Welfare in the administration of the act of Congress accepted in Section 16-37-1; to administer any legislation pursuant thereto enacted by the State of Alabama and to administer the funds provided by the federal government and the State of Alabama, under the provisions of this chapter, for the promotion of vocational education in agricultural subjects, trade and industrial subjects and home economics subjects.
