Section 34-3-103 Board of trustees and officers. The foundation shall be governed by a board of trustees consisting of the president, the first vice-president, and the members of the Board of Commissioners of the Alabama State Bar, each of whom shall be a voting member of such board of trustees and shall hold office as such concurrently with his or her term of office as president, first vice-president or member of the Board of Commissioners of the Alabama State Bar, as the case may be. The board of trustees may adopt such bylaws for the conduct and regulation of its meetings and the affairs of the foundation as such board may desire and as are not inconsistent with this article or the laws of Alabama.
