Section 41-23-233 Disqualification from receipt of grants, loans, etc.; recapture demands; waiver. (a) Except as provided in subsection (c), an employer that appears on a list compiled by the director pursuant to Section 41-23-232 is ineligible to receive from the state or any political subdivision of the state any grant, loan, or tax credit until five years after the date on which the employer relocated the call center. (b) Except as provided in subsection (c), if an employer appears on a list compiled under Section 41-23-232, the director shall recapture from the employer an amount equal to the unamortized value of any grant, loan, or tax credit that the employer received from the state or any political subdivision of the state on or after September 1, 2019. The employer shall pay the recapture amount to the director within 30 days of receiving the recapture demand. Section 41-24-4 Authority and responsibilities of heads of grant-making agencies. (a) A support enforcement agency or tribunal of this state shall disburse promptly any amounts received pursuant to a support order, as directed by the order. The agency or tribunal shall furnish to a requesting party or tribunal of another state or a foreign country a certified statement by the custodian of the record of the amounts and dates of all payments received.
