Section 16-4-15 Census for schools. (a) The State Superintendent of Education shall prepare,
or cause to be prepared, and submit for approval and adoption by the State Board of Education
rules and regulations for the taking of a decennial school census of all children in the state
between six and 16 years of age, also the forms and blanks to be employed in taking such census
and in compiling the reports thereon. The next school census shall be taken in 2008 and every

Section 2-13-93 Rules and regulations. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, with
the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, is authorized to promulgate
and adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the evident intent and purposes of this article.

for the issuance of a certificate of qualification for a license to practice medicine in this

Section 45-37A-51.242 Cost of living increases; future benefits (a) Upon approval of the governing
body of the municipality primarily served by the system and upon approval of the board of
managers, an increase in the amount of benefits, including improvements in the terms of benefits:
(1) for future retirees, benefits or improvements such as earlier vesting, decreased retirement
age, increase in multiplier used in calculating monthly benefit, or other like improvements
may be granted; and (2) for current retirees cost of living increases may be granted, subject
