Section 16-60-192 When schools to be established; supervision of state Building Commission.
At least one school, which shall be similar to the Alabama School of Trades at Gadsden, shall
be established, or the construction thereof commenced, during each of the fiscal years 1947-48,

Section 34-8-7 Exemptions from chapter; subcontractor requirements. (a) The following shall
be exempted from this chapter: (1) The practice of general contracting, as defined in Section
34-8-1, by an authorized representative or representatives of the United States Government,
