Section 16-56-7 Board of trustees - Transfer of jurisdiction, etc., to board of trustees. The
Board of Trustees of Troy University shall have the exclusive jurisdiction, supervision, and
control of Troy University. The board may promulgate any rules of procedure as it deems necessary
