Section 16-60-111.10 Personal and real property. The board may acquire and hold real
and personal property and may lease, rent, convey, and dispose of real and personal property
and may make such repairs and improvements on all property under its control as may be in
the best interests of the community and technical colleges and, subject to the approval of
a three-fifths majority of the membership of the board, may acquire, sell, and convey title

Section 16-60-115 Adult Education, State Approving Agency, and Private School Licensure
programs. (a) All powers, duties, responsibilities, and functions of, and all related records,
property, equipment of, and all rights, obligations of, and unexpended balances of appropriations
including federal and other funds or allocations for the fiscal year ending September 30,
