Section 16-47-136 Scholarships - Who eligible. To be eligible to receive a scholarship provided
by this article, a person must have been a resident of the State of Alabama for a period of
at least one year immediately preceding the time of making application and must be a person
of good character, who shall have been accepted for matriculation by the authorities of the
University of Alabama and shall have met the requirements for professional nursing education
as determined by the University of Alabama School of Nursing. Applications for scholarships

Section 16-6F-10 Reporting of enrollment, attendance, etc.; funding. (a) Enrollment. Students
enrolled in and attending public charter schools shall be included in all enrollment and attendance
counts of students of the local school system in which the students reside. The public charter
school shall report all such data to the local school systems of residence in a timely manner.
