Section 16-60-51 Board of trustees - Organization; initial officers; vice-president; meetings; terms of members; compensation and expenses. The Governor shall be ex officio chairman of the board, and he shall call a meeting of such board within 60 days after September 15, 1961. At this meeting the board shall organize itself, make provisions for the preparation and adoption of bylaws and rules and regulations to govern it and elect a vice-president and a secretary-treasurer. The vice-president elected at the organizational meeting of the board shall hold office for a term of two years and until his successor has been elected.
