Section 34-12-36 Receipts; disbursements; bond of secretary; employees; gifts, bequests, etc.
The secretary of the board shall receive and account for all moneys derived under the provisions
of this chapter and shall pay the same monthly to the State Treasurer, who shall keep such
moneys in a separate fund to be known as the "Professional Foresters Fund." Such
fund shall be kept separate and apart from all other moneys in the Treasury and shall be paid
out only by warrant of the Comptroller upon the State Treasurer, upon itemized vouchers approved

Section 8-16-31 Term of office; salary; removal; bond. (a) Local sealers of weights and measures
shall hold office for such terms and receive such salaries as the appointing power may prescribe.

Section 11-4-22 Bonds. Before entering on the duties of his office, the county treasurer must
give bond as provided by law, which bond shall be in a sum not less than $15,000.00, and in
counties where the population is over 150,000, it shall not be less than $50,000.00, such
bond to be payable to the county and conditioned as prescribed by law and to be fixed and
approved by the county commission. Said bond, after being approved shall be filed and recorded

Section 41-9-342 Meetings generally; quorum; organization and procedure; seal; officers; requirement
of bond from treasurer. The commission shall hold an annual meeting at the site of the Battleship
Memorial Park and one half of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for
the transaction of business. Additional meetings may be held at such times and places within
