Section 40-18-402 Renewal of Alabama Commission. (a) There is hereby created the Renewal
of Alabama Commission. (b) The commission shall be comprised of all of the following persons:
(1) The Director of Finance, or his or her designee. (2) The Secretary of Commerce, or his

Section 40-3-2 Selection of members; terms of office. (a) This subsection shall apply
to every county in the state except a county subject to the provisions of subsection (b) of
this section. During the month of August, 1943, and during the month of August of each

Section 45-49-151.17 Disposition of funds. (a) All fees, commissions, taxes, and other
monies, including fines and forfeitures, received under this subpart shall be paid to the
racing commission and shall be remitted by it to the county treasurer for deposit in the county

accountancy in and for the State of Alabama, to be known as the Alabama State Board of Public

Prevention Authority is created for the purpose of enforcing this chapter and for reviewing
