Section 40-18-140 Contribution designations. (a)(1) Each Alabama resident individual
income taxpayer desiring to contribute to any of the programs listed in subsection (b) may
designate an amount of his or her refund, rounded off in whole dollars, in an appropriate

Section 22-21-260 Definitions. As used in this article, the following words and terms,
and the plurals thereof, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section,

Section 40-26B-26 Reduction of revenues; reimbursement computations; quality incentive

privilege assessment established by this article and applied to increases in covered services
or reimbursement levels or other enhancements of the Medicaid program shall be subject to

participating in the Medicaid program in the State of Alabama shall be reimbursed according

Section 34-23-90 Authority; composition. (a) The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is
vested with the authority to carry out the purposes of and enforce this chapter. The board
shall consist of five members who are citizens of this state. The members of the board shall
be licensed pharmacists who have been licensed in this state for a minimum of five years and
who are actively engaged in the practice of pharmacy or pharmacy administration, or both.
(b) Three members shall be appointed by the Governor. Of the three appointed members, one
member shall be engaged in the practice of pharmacy or pharmacy administration, or both, in

(a) Any person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives, or possesses a listed precursor
chemical violates this article if the person: (1) Knowingly fails to comply with the reporting
requirements of this article; (2) Knowingly makes a false statement in a report or record
required by this article or the rules adopted thereunder; (3) Is required by this article
to have a listed precursor chemical license or permit, and is a person as defined by this

Section 28-3-190 Levy of tax; collection; disposition of proceeds by localities; enforcement

Section 22-4B-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall
have the following meanings respectively ascribed to them: (1) BOARD or BOARD OF HEALTH. The
