Section 16-39-34 Annual report on status of fund. The State Superintendent of Education
shall provide an annual report on the status of the Catastrophic Trust Fund for Special Education
to the State Board of Education, the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the
House, and the chairman of the Senate and House Education Committee. The report shall be submitted
no later than the tenth legislative day of each regular session of the Alabama Legislature.

a legislative oversight committee to provide recommendations to the board concerning efficient
