Section 16-47-193 Erection, maintenance and improvement of buildings. Upon any land specified
in this article the University of Alabama shall have the right, power and authority to erect,
equip, maintain or improve such buildings or facilities as may be deemed necessary for the

Section 23-1-352 Definitions. For the purpose of the laws of this state relating to aeronautics,
the following words, terms, and phrases shall have the meanings herein given, unless otherwise
specifically defined, or unless another intention clearly appears or the context requires

Section 41-4-400 Division created; powers and duties; director. (a) There shall be established
within the Department of Finance the Division of Construction Management. The division shall

franchises necessary to the promotion of the ends of its creation, and shall be charged with
