Section 16-1-34 Donation by two-year college president of surplus property to local public school system. A two-year college president under the jurisdiction of the Department of Postsecondary Education and the State Board of Education and the State Board of Medical Examiners may donate surplus personal property of the institution to a local city board of education or to a local county board of education for use by public high schools, public middle schools, and public elementary schools in the respective local public school system.
