Section 12-23A-10 Collection and maintenance of information; fees, costs, and restitution; annual audit. (a) A drug court shall collect and maintain the following information for each drug offender that is considered for admission or admitted into drug court: (1) Prior criminal history. (2) Prior substance abuse treatment history, including information on the success or failure of the drug offender in those programs. (3) Employment, education, and income histories. (4) Gender, race, ethnicity, marital and family status, and any child custody and support obligations. (5)a. Instances of recidivism occurring after successful completion of drug court. Recidivism shall be measured at a period of three years after successful graduation. b. Section 16-6F-7 Applicant proposals; conversion to public charter school; terms of charters; contracts. (a) Request for proposals. (1) To solicit, encourage, and guide the development of quality public charter school applications, every local school board, in its role as public charter school authorizer, shall issue and broadly publicize a request for proposals for public charter school applications by July 17, 2015, and by November 1 in each subsequent year. During the fifth year of implementation of the incremental five-year plan referred to above, each school board shall submit a long-range plan for providing appropriate instruction and special services for exceptional children and shall submit said long-range plan to the State Board of Education for its review and approval or disapproval.
