Section 16-46B-3 Funding for teacher professional learning programs. (a) Subject to appropriation
from the Legislature, funds shall be appropriated to the department and the department shall
allocate those funds to eligible entities to develop and implement teacher professional learning
programs for the required computer science courses and content. (b) For the purposes of this
section, eligible entities shall include high quality computer science professional learning
providers, including institutions of higher education physically located in the state, nonprofits
dedicated to providing high quality computer science professional learning as determined by
the superintendent, and private entities. (c) For the purposes of this section, eligible entities
do not include a local education agency or a consortium of local education agencies. (d) Eligible

the Education Trust Fund to the Teachers' Retirement System of Alabama $13,878,629.00 for

Section 45-8A-21 Anniston City Board of Education. (a) A school board as established by the
City of Anniston, Alabama, shall be called "The Anniston City Board of Education."
The board shall be composed of one member being elected from each of the wards in the city
as defined in this section by a majority of the qualified electors voting who reside in each
of the wards, and one member elected citywide. (b) The initial school board districts for

Section 16-8-5 Compensation. The members of the county board of education shall receive from
the public school funds of the county $7.50 a day and their actual traveling and hotel expenses
incurred in attending meetings of the board and transacting the business of the board. The

Section 45-22A-21 Board of education. (a) There is established a school board for the City
of Cullman, Alabama, which board shall be called "The Cullman City Board of Education."
The board shall be composed of five members elected from the city at-large by the qualified
